As a web and graphic designer, would you prefer to work as a full-time employee or as freelancer? And why?

It depond upon situation., to me i perfer as employee., where i can get a salary and find time to do R&D and impliment the same to my company as wel as free lancer.,

If i was free lancer., i will not find time to do R&D and i will run for projects only..

For me i think you are the only one could answer this question ^_^ , 1st that depend on if you are have other responsibility so that will mean you need more time so freelancer will be good - 2nd if you have normal life but not stand very well on floor so that mean you do both work and freelancer maybe you will do for long or just for time and will be freelancer as full time you are the one who put your work list time and work when you like ;)

All you need is to set and open all you life to check it and see what good step for you

For me I would love do both as long term as i feel board so fast and need to feel challenge all time and got new thing so i keep open minded.

i preffer web designing,because it is interesting for as it had wide scope of designing and develeoping man features in one or more page.

mostly, I do web development as an extension of my projects , and I am not looking for a full time job as web and graphic designer, and I am a physicist at first :) .

In the beginning of my career, I prefer to work in company to increase my skills and purchase knowledge of how a company is working.

After, in a middle career, I would prefer to work for myself because I would have necessary skills to create my own business. And in the case of some of my skills are missing, I would find its on training or internet.

Dear Amer, It depends, but the first choice according of mine will go to be an employee of a company rather than to be a freelancer, the reason behind that is that, when you are as an employee, you will have monthly salary, a company to work with, team sharing for knowledge increase and promotions awards..etc.

I have not worked before, so I do not know if it was the best ever (complete or partial)

         But I think that the work place who appreciate the value of the artwork and respects its content and meaning

(With respect for the artist of the foundations and principles, which is held by Design)

        If the workplace helps to develop the capacities of the artist and the expansion of technical and scientific horizons

           Would be a better place, one can work and diligence in this place.

for me, I prefer free lancing cause it gives me the chance to have another job at the same time which doubles my income and satisfies my needs!
