What is the proper position to apply to, when you have 10 years experience? Since companies ask for 4-6 or 12-20!!!

The best would be to apply for a Senior Level or Manager Level Role if you have 10+ Years of experience. 

In my opinion the only experience not sufficed to decide to apply for a vacancy, you must associate the experience with the skills and abilities

In this case, you can apply for the position for which he is demanding an experience of 4-6 years if you think that your experience of 10 years is not very rich and that your knowledge does not allow you to take charge of effective way your mission "position (12-20)."

But if you are convinced that your experience of 10 years is very rich and you are more competent and can ensure your mission effectively, in this case, apply for the position (12-20) years experience and try to convince the interviewer that you are able to support this mission, given your abilities and skills.
