Thanks for your invitation. In fact most of leaderships in the Business sector or in the Industrial production set up strategies for the long term commitment in the execution and realization goals. Leadership approaches impact the vision and direction of the growth and potential sussess of any organization or group. Therefore, the leadership long term commitments have to be determined when the plans set and decision taken for the change.
In the changing stage, the strategic leadership has to be capable to make decisions to face the challenges and enhance the prospects for the organization's long-term success while maintaining long term financial stability. I think the main point of the leadership long term commitment is not focued on the set up the strategic plan decision and actions taken but the leadership has to be able to adjust this plan to be more successful to reach the goals.
Some challenges will stand out in the change plans and achievement as Leadership has to be capable to face and set the relevant solutions for each case. The challenges are not only face the unexpected matters and producing the new strategies at a point in time but preparing and getting employees smart enough and motivated enough to execute the new strategies with a complete commitment .

Surely Leadership is a package with long term commitment as nothing works out and give results in a day or two. when you sow a seed as a leader for an objective to achieve you should have planned, designed, implemented and wait for the fruitfull results till it becomes a tree in various phases, so it is your long term commitment, vision, planning as a Leader and Leadership skills to road map and guidelines to your followers. At the regional-to-national university I studied, the president made a 20-year commitment to the institution. The average tenure for college presidents is about seven years. If faculty and staff don’t think a leader will be around to deal with the fall-out of major change, they have a difficult time sticking it out when the road is rocky.
A good leader will always make sure they are accountable at all times with up to date records, and always include training for the crew to grow the team and ideals as the experience takes them.
Also mentor his piors so that we can have up coming leaders
The most important commitment that a leader has towards the team is the commitment to keep the team together in any situation.
Time is bound to through difficult situations to hamper smooth functions of the team and from time to time based on gravity of the situation the foundation and principals on which the team functions might get disrupted.
This is the true test of the leader to come forward and face the seviorities and ensure that in difficult situations the team sticks to the foundations and stands strong on the principals.
Leadership is apex in any organization structure.They should be commited to long term strategic vision,developing culture and procedures.Furthemore providing resources and facilities to staff and operaing core
