I would ask more general questions, since users can't masure the design criteria like usablility, readability.. etc.

Sample questions like, How do you like our provided services? How do you like our content organization and information? How do you like colors and design? Do you find it easy to use our system without much help?

* what you like in this web site.

* what you dislike in this web site.

• Fulfillment: Do users feel satisfied after interacting with the website?

• Usefulness: Does the user feel like he's obtained value from using the website?

• Enjoyment: Is the experience of being on the website fun and not burdensome?

• Positive Emotions: Do users feel happy, excited, pleased, etc. when they interact with the site?

I will ask following things

1. Is the website responsive.
2. How much time it takes to load
3. Is the SEO done for that website.
4. Are the social media links present on the website.
5. Is it easy to use and understand for new users

if you are testing usability you have to prepare scenarios for testing and create list of tasks for participantsyes give participants list of tasks not questions because"users they don't know what they want"then I measure participants reactions with web page by recording screen and using map heat
