BD is a comprehensive role which involves in sales, marketing, promotions and product presentation and to develop a concrete tactical strategy in order to win the market.
It is a subset of the fields means including commerce and organization theory. Which comprises an end to end tasks starting an involvement of product/services presentation to the prospective clients, follow up on sales, and maintain customer relationship through customer retention program by maintaining customer service excellence.
That is why a BD Manager should have a good communication skills in order to approaching customers , presentation skills. He / She must also have good team work capability in order to collaborate with all related department.
