You took words from my mind , i support your answer Mrs. Ghada
Greeting fror those whom keep their home safe .....
Turkish officials — including the president, the prime minister and the interior minister — are urging supporters to come out to city squares again overnight to defend democracy — and thousands have responded to their calls.
Massive crowds are singing and waving Turkish flags in Istanbul’s neighbourhood of Kisikli, in Izmir’s Konak square, and in the northeastern city of Erzincan. A festive crowd has also formed in Ankara’s Kizilay square.
ANALYSIS: Once again, army rises up against pro-Islamic government in Turkey
Turkey’s four main political parties condemned the attempted military coup in a joint statement on Saturday, marking a rare departure from usually fractious politics.
The four parties, which run the gamut from the right-wing, Islamist-rooted AK Party founded by Erdogan to the left-of-centre, pro-Kurdish Peoples’ Democratic Party (HDP), said their stance was invaluable for democracy in Turkey.
Thanks for invitation ,,
I think Turkey is a country integrated to global economy within democratic laws, and the coup government if success with military laws is not able to lead the country inside international economic system.
Best Regards
I think there is a big difference between what is happening in the Arab countries, especially Egypt and what is happening in Turkey Commander Erdogan called on the people to come down to support the legitimacy and protect what brought him the polls and on the contrary has happened in Egypt, the Egyptian military commander called on the people to come down out of the legitimate and what brought him the ballot box.
All the greetings and appreciation and love for the Turkish people the great protector of the legitimacy
May Allah be with you and your family in Istanbul Ms.Ghada .
We are grateful to Allah who protects Turkey and we prayed for Turkish people to overcome this hard time . We also will never forget support of President Erdogan for Millions of Syrian Refugees, may Allah bless him.
Thank you Ms Ghada for your enormous question about the actual democracy.
First of all I would like to Congratulate to our Turk Muslim Brothers for the big support to their most beloved PM Erdogan. Actually Mr. Erdogan is a true and honest leader and he won the heart of his nation by his sincerity and credibility. Definitely the Nation understands what is going wrong with the country. They stand for the right one at mid night.
There is a genuine democartic system in Turkey. I am proud of the Turkish nation who stood firmly in front of the Coups and defend their democracy.
I am always in favour & suport of democracy. It looks absurd to impose millitary law on civilians, by the way even many millitary personels don't love millitary law, but its just their way of living & working hence they don't have any other alternative but just to accept it as part of their profession. Let us continue praying for each other & pray to God that He delivers us & our brothers & sisters allover the world epecially in areas affected by disasters, wars/cival wars, & political instability.
Thanx for the invitation
Thank you for the invitation ... I think that military law must protect democracy, although all the military code infringement on democracy, this allows each state institutions that covet in governance, such as the Ministry of Finance, the police, the Ministry of Transport or external .... etc
