What are the needs to develop a single cross hybrid of sweet corn with a high vegetative growth ?

The main idea about hybrid corn in general is hybrid vigor over it's parents to produce a high yielding variety (hybrid). But in the situation of sweet corn the concept remains with a little modification which is to use a sweet corn hybrid as a double purpose hybrid. Meaning is to produce a highe yielding hybrid with an acceptable content of sugar and use the stalks and other plant parts as feed (either as green feed or as silage) or to use in other manifacture purposes.
