Quality Management Plan

It lays down standards and procedures that are developed inorder to attain Project quality objectives and allign Company quality policy to Project Quality plan. An important principal behind developing this plan is ensuring its suitability towards resource capabilities and existing order associated to concerned project.

Quality Assurance plan lays down a checklist and process specific instructions.

Quality commitment is an assuring statement, confirming allignment of Project Quality policy to Companies Quality Policy.

Quality Audit is also a checklist (brief notations) that may be internal or third party linked. QA forms backup reference for establishing Learning curve and quality achievements & certification.
