They create a unique model of communication network between Job seekers and Employers including these activities on line specialities which gives a wide range of experts to share informations and talk closely. Good job of a great idea.

Bayt.com is a platform which is providing communication services between job seekers and employers, But There are some issues in website or may be management team do not rewarding the exact points to the experts on there answers and questions to upgrade there ranks.

However, often the navigation of the website more particularly where we are often visit is being modified. It is puzzling to understand for whose convenience this is being modified on the plea improvement. By all means we are put in hardship over the imposed limitation.

I think the Leadership & management are good BUT the Bayt management should also add some other features like; an interactive phase between their management & the bayt website users so that we can be able to share with them whatever information we have in our minds about their services.

Another feature can be a job or career testimony phase where people can share their experiences of how they acquired employment & how far they have gone with it and also employers testifying on how they have managed to source for employees on this website & how far they have gone with working with them.
