Why is it difficult for freshers to get a job in core sector?

In my opionion, I would say the employers are looking for experience employees because they do not want to take a risk of getting the job done in a wrong way or by delaying the job hence the quality of work done is poor. Most of the employers expect the work to be done as quick as possible and ensuring the quality done to the job is matching as their preference. 

Hence they do not want to get freshers who may or may not get the work done right! Also another reason is the pay.. if the pay is less they would hire freshers and if the pay is high and if the job is a tough one they will definitely go with the experienced employees.

Many employees feel they arent experienced on the available position. another this it isnt 100% that you wont get a job. one thing i do tell my peers always have confidence when you are going for an interview.
