I think, if you are doing CMA, you should use the IMA official Material published by Wiley, in the name of Wiley CMAExcel Learning System exam review. They provide you the online Test Bank access which includes Multiple choice questions for Part one and MCQs' for Part Two, for one year each with Essay Questions as well which is up-gradable for another year for only USD.  

Specially for Cost accounting, I think you should simply go for the book which deals with basics written by Indian Authors: 

S.K. Aggarwal and Abha Aggarwal 

Cost accounting and financial management books

Published by Reliance publishers India.
