A: Open probes
When answers are required in detail to gather more information open probes are used or open the conversion
e.g. How was party?
What happened next?
B:Close probes
When we want check our understanding for customer needs.Concluding a discussion or making decisions,short answer in yes or no etc we use closed probes.
e.g. Your needs is to save money ?
