all business which never been started on the solid business plan normally later or sooner end up failure.

I believe , weak business plans, lack of research, low interest,lack of management and leadership qualities are root casues of failures

Failure continues to lead you to better outcomes. I failed many times, but came out even strongger every time. A critical mistake is mixing friendhsip/family with business. It leads you to emotional decision making, and in business you can be emotional about your idea but not about the direction and decision making.

Failing is a step into success.

I did fail at one of my own business ventures. That was due to a bunch of reasons such as:

  • Not having enough capital.
  • Allowing feelings to confuse your sound judgement and common sense.
  • Trusting unreliable persons.
  • Lack of sufficient planning.

I learned that business is business, take it seriously and keep your emotions out of the picture.

Yes I did failed at certain small business venture because of lack of market knowledge, how ever I took it as a lesson to be learned from my failure. I think my mistakes would be too much depended on one type of product and assuming the demand among your customers will stay constant, which eventually changed and other small business owners like me faced the same crisis. I would say researching more about the market, trend and the life cycle of the product needs to be taken into consideration before making any attempt of investment.

Yes and I would not call it failure but learning opoortunities in fact!

Two main mistakes I would say;

1. Over-trusting people

2. Diversification of market
