The design job contains:
Designing work
(i)-Surveying work to specify the poles - (galvanized steel poles) - location and routing overhead transmission line paths .
(ii)-participate in calculating : (maximum sag – clearance –spacing-design tensions-wind load –choosing poles categories) calculations.
(iii)-participate in (load estimation – specifying the required M.V & L.V cables and wiring size for load feedings-voltage drop and its effect calculations-power factor improving calculations-short circuit current calculation for all project circuits-protection devices selection for all project (relays-circuit breakers-fuses)
(iv)-transformer rating specifications for150 transformers
(v)-earthing protection calculations.(rods-plates-non insulated cables...etc)
(vi)- specifying surge arrestors installation techniques and its rates.
(vii)- distributer selection and the required protection strategies for the network.
Execution works
(viii)-installation of the galvanized steel poles with all of its categories: (9/12) , (10/12),(11/12)...etc & O.V TL 120 KM pulling over its dielectrics.
(ix)-installation of air disconnecting switches (with and without ) fuses. In the poles
(x)- pulling 25 KM of M.V underground cables (3*70) XLPE and L.V cables (3*240+120) XLPE for both medium voltage and low voltage networks.
(xi)- installing (300,500) KVA transformers and checking all transformer component (LV, MV, TR) sides. and its kiosks.
(xii)- installation of power factor improvement component ( No load capacitors & capacitor banks)
(xiii)-installation of earthing grid or network for all required components (poles , transformers , distributers, loads –induction motors).

The maintanance work containing:
(i)-fixing of the galvanized steel poles with all of its categories: (9/12) , (10/12),(11/12)...etc. by substitution its reinforced concrete bases and the various civil techniques and the antirust substances.
(ii)-fixing of air disconnecting switches (with and without ) fuses. In the poles (moving transmitter part ,contact points,handle....etc)
(iii)- inspecting20 KM of M.V underground cables (3*70) XLPE and L.V cables (3*240+120) XLPE for both medium voltage and low voltage networks by using insulation tester devices and the other electrical techniques ,replacing joints , termination and lugs.....etc
(iv)- inspecting and fixing (500) KVA transformers and checking all transformer component (LV, MV, TR) sides. and its kiosks. Inspecting oil level , insulation of winding ,.......etc
(v)- replacement of power factor improvement component ( No load capacitors & capacitor banks) and its wiring cables.
(vi)-installation of earthing grid or network for all required components (poles , transformers , distributers, loads –induction motors).
(vii)-installation of project24 KV distributer by all its component (control and power circuits).
