Do you have a development plan that your boss is committed to?

I work as a freelancer, so I have my own development plan and I am committed to it.

But I believe the culture of having a personal development plan in the Middle East companies is very weak.

I believe companies should oblige their employees to set an annual personal development plan at the beginning of the year. The employee should be committed to work on it and the boss should be committed to facilitate. This development plan should be include it in the evaluation at the end of the year.
