How can I continue working in a place where I'm not comfortable with the work culture and environment?

Well if you have tried enough to adjust your self in certain culture and environment but still you are not satisfied, then you need to talk to your HOD or Supervisor about the things which are bothering you, If there is no positive response from management end then you need to start looking for better opportunity because working in an uncomfortable place will effect many things. Most important is your time and your learning.

In my opinion if the knowledge, experience, and benefits which i will gain during my work with this organization are suitable to my needs, so i should get used and adopt the culture, cause the most important here is to improve my career path regardless the uncomfortable environment.

we should train our minds to look at the positive side and to accept all the unchangeable obstacles to succeed. 

BRIEFLY USE IT A TOOL TO IMPROVE YOURSELF  ITS LIKE STRENGTHENING YOUR CHARACTER TO BE MORE FLEXIBLE MILADY. LEARN HOW TO ADOPT AND ALWAYS BE IN CONTROL. 

Thanks for the invite. Firstly give it good time to come to this conclusion and do not conclude it early. At times we don't see things the way we should and it takes time to understand them so give it a suitable time. Set your objectives. focus on them to achieve. Try to speak to your line manager and inform him and see if he can help you. If things are still out of control then move to higher authority next to your line manager and finally HR if things are still not sorted.

Always remember work environment needs toe be good for better productivity and output

you have to discover the things that annoying you and make you feel uncomfortable then try to find solutions.

if there is no real solutions , try to do your best in your current job and be patient and professional during you search for another work place that fit to you and make you happy.

Make sure to change your workplace very fast in order to not effect on you personally and your preformance

Thank you for the invitation. Yes amazing queistion ? Basically we choose to jon the esteemed organisation /establishment only on their goodwill builted with work culture & environments. If you are not satisfied with this , than you can't achive your target nor you satisfy yourself. ultimately choose to find a alternate organisation  to stay peace fully.

First thing we must learn is to adjust, we need to adjust in some conditions, try to talk to ur supervisor regarding ur concern, even after all of this u are not able to adjust then u have to quit , the last option.
