Win Win negotiation is just a diplomatic concept because someone must make a compromise.

 Is the person that is making the compromise a less winner or a wiser person?

Also win win can be seen as a result of intense negotiation.

Win Win Negotiation is a philosophy in which all parties are reached to an agreement or deal stand to realize their fair share (not 100 percent) of the benefits or profit.

Principled negotiation: Negotiation is the initial approach based on the interest to negotiate that focuses primarily on conflict management and conflict resolution. Initial negotiating uses an integrative approach to finding common result for both parties. First explained in the book "Access Yes", it is used to negotiate based on the principles, mostly in North America and is more popular among academics and brokers in the business. He criticized the sellers against those academics who put negotiate based on the principles forward to negotiate a remedy. Professional sales people brand these colleges as idealists who do not understand the challenges of the real world by negotiating with buyers professional business

By all means, Vendor or Supplier as well as all other known defenetions will have something they need to gain out of any nigosiation.

Win win negotiation means that in every condition u must be succeed.

In win win situation it does not mean that the person only get something. To wining something u must be a good negotiator. Means u give something to other party to achieve your goal.

A win-win negotiation settlement is an integrative negotiated agreement. In theory this means the negotiating parties have reached an agreement after fully taking into account each others' interests, such that the agreement cannot be improved upon further by any other agreement. By definition, there are no resources or 'gold' left on the table and all creative options have been thoroughly exploited. "Win-Win" has its roots in Economics Game Theory.
