If a selected candidate rejects the offer. The Management insist on convincing him.how will you convince him on the same package and on board him?

if the selected candidates are rejecting the offer then i will convince them by briefing them about the facilities of company which are usually given to the employers.

It is a matter of effective negotiation between the employer and the candidate. The salary offered should not be an insult to the candidate's skills, knowledge and qualifications. If you truly value his credentials and feel he is the best fit for the position, then the employer could negotiate with an attractive base salary plus offer an incentive % and bonus so that you do not go over the base salary range set for the position which could result in disproportionate salary matrix in comparison to your current salaries. Also HR should be able to 'show' him a successful career growth plan in the company if he comes onboard and how far he can progress if he is willing to give it a TRY. For some employees, the salary is their sole motivational factor to work, and for others it is much more than that, and it is up to HR to convince the candidate that the latter is a far more attractive option to consider.

I is really a tough question. I appricate you about this question.

First of all we check the candidate is weather more important or not for that particular job. if yes. and also Management insist on convincing him we can show the pack what we offer .  Hope we are all know that HR Is only a liaison between employee and top management. if not as a HR we try to show your company goals and ideal models

 

1) Provide some Extra Perks 

2) Companey facilyty

3) Feature if he sustain for long period

4) Companies Employee engagement

5) Motivate Insentive Part

6) To show him How much flexy if he join our compay.

 

If still says same thing the decision goes to Top Management

I will convince him with the benefits package, the health insurance, bonus or incentives, commission if applicable, and some allowances.

depends on how he works, the salary will be increased according to his performance.
