In the most companies safety first, then long long nothing. Ergonomy wins in the long run. Not everyone can invest in gameplay room, designed canteen or exercise room. Secure enough space for working, support privacy, keep quiet in the workplace to increase focusing, provide proper daylight and warm colors on the walls. It is nothing big but could increase motivation and decrease fatigue. In the production positions lean management or just proper layout also could make miracle.

A narrow work place may irritate worker when he/she needs to use required tools there may be an accident due to the narrow work space.
