In your opinion, most important to find work as an architect is to know programs on the pc or its better to have many years of experience?

In the age of Technology, I think the person with the knowledge and expertise on the Uptodate Programs will get the edge on an experienced person, but not able to demonstrate it. The presentation of ideas and plans through computer generated programs outrun the hand made diagrams or plans. There are other factors also which will give advange to the person well-versent with Technology.
