When do you have to show your unsatisfactory attitude to your top management?

Once there is a problem which can affect the quality or the proper conduct of the job, it is highly recommended to show your unsatisfaction to top management before it is too late.

I believe nothing should be hidden , an open relation with the management will definitely result in better performance .

Employee's well being has direct a direct influence on his work quality.

At any time , there is a need to show the unsatisfactory attitude to get to discuss a problem , I believe this should be done.

When your argument is based on facts and or numbers, and the issue or problem is affecting the quality and value of the organization, it is recommended to show your unsatisfactory attitude to top management. Otherwise it would affect your performance as individual which will result on negative impact as a group.

Its very important to bring it in knowledge of your superiors once you have issues job related and should be done as early as possible to avoid affecting your performance. In such case if you discuss it your superiors will appreciate and help you to solve it since they will not like you to be in state where your performance is affected.

One should discuss it on immediate basis.
