The answer would depend on your native language, So if your native language is English, it would be the " what I call " the cousions such as espanol, french, italian and that would work vice versa .
But if you are an Arabic speaker as your name suggests, maybe Farsi or pakistani or something. lol .. just kidding.
I would say English because if you compare it to other language such as German, oh German is full of rules and it is not like Arabic or english in any means. for example they use the verb most of the time at the end of the sentence . so it would be weird for you , and if you compare to french, French rules aren't that hard, but the problem with it for us Arabs, the listening part is quite difficult as I am sure you know. For Chinese and Japanese, Don't even go there for it will be a new world like going to Mars . although I might be mistaken. Russian I heared it is the same deal as German with rulings. and in addition to that totally a different family of languages
So at the end I would recommend, English or Spanish. our ears and sensors are in rythem with how they sound and much closer to our Arabic rules if not easier.
English is the easiest to learn, because lots of country people prefer to talk in english in that case you will find a partner to learn or to speak in english any where,
