How can newly graduates gain work experience if employers reject their applications because they lack or no work experience at all?

There are several jobs for new graduates, it is challenging but a perfect experience to gain at the beginning of your career.

There are opportunities waiting for fresh graduates but you just got to find them and the only way to find them is by trying every day. This test helps students prepare for the hard future in the business world, success comes only to those who works hard and this period helps them develop patience and to prepare strategies at a young age. 

By being a volunteer or thru OJT. That is the only options I can think of. A6 months to a year worth of experience will do.

As per my concern, i would like say 

1 "Never give up" 

2. In this situation join any Short time professional course as per market requirement and demand  it must be related with your field than after not only search for a job but also get ready for free work until you get experience . Besides, there are many employers they don’t give salary they pay only Stipends it is good for both you can learn and earn for the sake of experience.

Nothing is impossible now! means learning via google, youtube etc, 

Eg: Hackers are not experience from any company, they learn by themself and they hack large and large Organization, even the same organization experienced guy can't do(All you need is Interest)  :p
