Manager or employee, who is playing a more important role to achieve a organization goals?

Good managers are the one setting goals and tasks for the employees to fulfil. Then on the other hand the employees strive hard to fulfil the task, regardless any demand except for bonuses and other easy working benefit likewise.

Simply as an employee i believe that if i am not able to put my effort my whole team is going to suffer and as a hard worker and a smart worker i have to make sure and it goes to every individual to make sure they do their jobs and fulfil the role accordingly to ensure success for both employees and higher management.

Both the Manager & employees play relevant roles in achieving organisational goals thus each has a vital role or part to play and their teaming up brings success to the organisation. Managers are mainly concerned with developing policies & plans, controling, monitoring & evaluation of performance while employees are mainly concerned with implementing & excuting duties. Therefore managers & employees are partners who have to team up & utilise the available resources to achieve organisatinal goals.

Both ! ahcieving goals is a team job and not restricted to any individual in an organisation. Each has to complement the others efforts. The manager has to lead and show the way while the employee acts in the direction shown.

Both. Each plays a role as important as the other. Each plays a specific role in its field.

In achieving the common goal of the organisation, division is not to be discussed but synergy alone.

According to my concern, both employee and the manager have their roles in acheiving the organisational goals. in fact, the role of a manager who is also a good leader has more role as compared with his team mates or employees.
