Life long learning is requested in this episode, especially the information and the cognitive sciences are available, and all people should be up to date, and never be satisfied for what they have, the continuity of the learning is very essential to encourage its presence in the workshops, and other areas..

Learning is the minimum requirement for success in your field. Information and knowledge on everything is increasing every day. This means that your knowledge must also increase to keep up.

I am a good learning mind for abstracting mentality

That will be the only way to protect the corporate in challenging market from back and still push to further places  

Concept of life long leaning is necessary to promote skills and competency of an employee in preparation for developing general capabilities in specific performance in work situations.

For successful professionals life-long learning is a already a way of life. These people realize that to not learn is to stagnate. However, it hasnt yet been made a part of Learning or HR policy in most organizations. 

The only downside I can see to having life-long-learning be part of the organization's learning policy would be the feeling that people are being 'forced' to learn which would decrease their willingness to learn. 

The key, i think, is to have learning-ladders and career progression plans identified for individuals so they can see the benefits of engaging in learning activities.
