Yes, it is a good idea to enrich the debate and to get good ideas and that can be used in the new articles

This is highly dependent on the content you've just written and have been writing previously. Audiences love a call to action, especially if it makes them feel like they are no longer passively viewing your blog, but instead becoming part of your blogs discussion. That being said, moderation is key: If you begin ending all your posts with questions readers are going to see it as a gimmick (which it will become) and no longer feel their connection with what you've written. If you feel your content is worthy of further discussion and has been written in a manner that provokes questions than do so, otherwise you're better off without the question at all.

Raising a question in blog is very important to catch more audience and to motivate them for comments.

Yes. it is a good idea to end a blog post by asking your audience a question. But there is even a better way to get your audience involved. What is that?Ask your audience to contribute to the post you've written. For example, say you wrote a blog post on "X ways to effectively manage time". Now your audience will read it and try to implement it. That is where most activities related to a post stops. To increase the involvement of your audience ask them if they have their own tips or trick to manage time effectively. This gives them a green signal to participate and contribute to your blog post. You can then respond to the tips shared by the audience.Overall, this will increase the interaction with your audience and they will feel valued. This in turn will share the post within their network (it is human nature to share something which one has contributed to).Always remember, your actual work starts after you've written and published the post.
