بالتأكيد هذا صحيح وذلك لأن ناتج عمله يخدم هؤلاء الاطراف فيكونون بالنسبه له كالعملاء بالنسبه للموظفين الاخرين
جميع المدراء في المؤسسة وتابعيهم يعتبرون عملاء لأخصائي الموارد البشرية؟ صح أم خطأ ولماذا؟
رأيي الخاص هو أن إدارة الموارد البشرية أصلا إدارة وجدت لخدمة الشركة وكل موظفيها.
فإذا هم جميعا عملاء للإدارة لتخدمهم.

It depends how you percieve this. Line Managers and team leaders act as a bridge between HR and the staff. It is very essential that the foundation of this link is strong as on some ocassions HR need to make decisions based on their feedback. But in actuall fact managers and team leaders share the same common ground with other employees when it comes to regulation and practice of HR policies.

Not true. Each and every department in the organization has its own importance, so does its respective employees. Every department is inter-dependent. HR department should cordinate well with all the departments.
