i am agree with experts...........
calculate the cost and impose panalty on contractor.
1. The project management team, including quality control inspectors, engineers, and project managers, identifies the QA/QC deficiencies.
2.We need to document the non-compliance, including photographs, test results, and witness statements.
3.A formal notification is sent to the contractor detailing the specific issues and required corrective actions.
4.The contractor is expected to respond to the notification within a specified timeframe, outlining their proposed corrective action plan.
5.This plan should include details on how the non-compliance will be rectified, the timeline for completion, and any additional resources required.
6.If the plan is deemed satisfactory, the contractor is allowed to proceed with the corrective actions.
7.The final decision-making authority rests with the project owner or client.
8.If the plan is satisfactory and the contractor successfully implements it.
