2. Root cause analysis - to understand why are the deviations happening.

1- Study the management structure of the company;
2- Study the operation cycle, work mechanism and work flow
3- Study the human structure and interview each high level individual for their duties, goals and performances;
4- compare your findings with the company’s strategic plan and targeting goals;
5- If the company is in a negative performance stage; call for an outside professional assistance and re-evaluate everything and have new strategy, plan, structure…..etc to improve. If the company is in a positive performance stage, appraise the rolls of employee with incentives and take it from there…..
The bottom line is evaluation, then re-evaluation .....re-evaluation quarterly, half-ly or yearly...create a good system for yourself to be on the top of your game not just a GM give orders from the back of your office desk....And Good Luck
