How do we maintain our relationship with workers (the low grade level)?

Keep them in track, when any management director/manager/senior, circulate information/instructions/declares must sure does reach to low workers in the Organisation/Enterprise/Company. In addition, low workers compensation/promotion/medical expenses/welfare must be known to all those​ workers. HRM, must delegate with line managers about low workers, the performance, attendance, if anyone needs any kind help and support, be in touch easily or require coaching. Low workers must not feel they are not belong to the entire team, therefore line managers must show their all time support.
