Means of communications are adopted according to the needs and situations. However, email is the most authenticated means of communication to avoid any ambiguity and best way to follow-up on pending tasks.
The most important means of communication for contacting are :(E-mail,Fax,Telephone,and Hand-written letters).
As per official communication is always good either thru letters or email for records. Telephone conversations cannot considered as official but letters and emails. hence i perefer email or letter would be more better way for commucations
