What are the best industry practices for Migrating Financial, Costing, Account, Fixed Asset, HR & Admin Data from one ERP to another ERP?

IT depends , data migration is always a hassle but if you are migrating in the easy way  for example from an ERP from Microsoft products to another Microsoft product  ERP it will be ease as Microsoft always have a data migration module that helps in migrating all the data . which will give the best results . also all ERP providers have the same feature .

but in another case which is the hard way if you are migrating from Microsoft product to Oracle or SAP which is totally different ERP provider for sure there will be some data lose but migration will happen but not that ease .
