Linked In. and All social Media. nothing is better than Social Media to market your writings.

There are a lot of social media sites out there. You can post anywhere you want, no problem. BUT - and I capitalize on the word - if you want your writings to be read and get quality feedback/results, choose the ONE medium that caters to your target audience. By the way, have you already defined who your target audience or markets are? If you haven't done so yet. Then, you are only wasting time. I suggest you go back to the planning stage first.

Wattpad and Wordpress are good where Wattpad isoptimal for creative writing while Wordpress is good overall.
