McAfee ePO is not responding to the signatures/patches. what could be the possibilities?

• Connectivity between McAfee ePO Application and appropriate SQL instance.

• persmission to run the patch

Possible reason for this scenario is:

• Connectivity between McAfee ePO Application and appropriate SQL instance.
• Internet/proxy issues between the McAfee ePO server and McAfee cloud repository.
• Multiple ePO server tasks in queue

Depends if it is McAfee ePO Cloud  or McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator

Will assume it is McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator:

- permission on SQL DB

- connectivity to DB

- persmission to run the patch

- ACL on Firewall

- Bad download of patch, redownload
