Firstly the objective of adult education should not be just to provide some kind of employment in some spot or gap.  Adults are good, having lived thro the tumultuous times and survived, their experience and outlook is valuable to put into use immediately for useful results.  Training and development courses to adults should focus on community living, society, family  activities, cultural and related activities. Corporates, municipalities, housing communities could use them as members in developing community areas, building corridors, signages, gardens, shelters and so on.

For adult, I would like to give the technical training according to their age and potential related to communication skills, leadership, team management, community mobilization, and proper technology uses. Moreover, I have design the mob exercises to research related adults which give them the practical applications of data management, results analysis, and professional report writing skills. The most important part I will develop for adults is the use of ethics, norms and values, and social behavior in a society.

Adult who comes for training with different background. Ice-breaking session is the first place to encourage them to speak about themselves and acknowledge their experiences. Motivation will come indirectly during the training which should include two-way communication between trainer and trainer. The trainer must include everyone in the group in discussion and able to lessen the friction between trainees.
