the planning includes everything, what resources you need, manpower, time management, prioritise the work in proper manner. plan the timing of different tasks should be planned properly and effectively . it actually involves the efforts of the whole project team.

there are many ways for improving the productivity, some of them are: increasing the number of shifts, increasing the number of hours, increasing the number of employees, etc.

we can increase the productivity by proper planning.

Productivity can be improved by setting targets to the personnel which can be achieved with devotion and serious work. The goals should be measurable and quantified in performance evaluation management, since at a yearly or bi-yearly basis, the results should reward or penalize in accordance.

Be very careful in the means of increasing productivity, since you would want to avoid employee "burnout" at all costs.

By keeping them motivated, satisfied, united and with a balanced work-life schedule, eventually you should see a significant increase in their productivity measures.
