What will be your reaction and relation if your boss is female? who is best in your view male or female and why?

I don't think it depends on whether your boss is a male or a female, it varies person to person. I have seen both sides so I think judging anyone for his/her gender will create more problems than solution.

We can analyse anyone only by their actions and behaviour.

I have been with male and female bosses since my first job and maintain professional relation with them. As compare to male, I found female bosses a bit more supportive or I must say a caring attitude with the team. Though few male also like that but not like female boss.  I did work with a female  boss who proved as one of the pathetic boss in my and my colleagues life as she was lack in people management skills and treat the team as machines and I learnt a lot from her that how teams collapsed? How to create de-motivation and lack of interest in job.
