It was actually when a customer service provider undermined me & overlooked me anticipating that i didn't have the capacity to purchase what i was inquiring about, he took me for granted, ignored me & attended to others for whom he deemed capable of purchasing "big things".
What i would actually do if i were in his place is, handling all customers equally & fairly and abandoning the unfair anticipating of customers' potential & capability as far as pirchasing & involvement of transactions is concerned.
