1. Design & Implement Robust Administrative Processes, which ensure basic oversight and control but are not so cumbersome & overbearing, that employees cannot focus on their core roles (example - minimize forms and approval processes)
2. Seek to continuously improve and fine-tune processes by proactively seeking feedback, assessing/ analyzing the feed back and making changes/ improvements as necessary.
