It is always hard to find this balance to get a good working environment and a good salary package. It is always interesting when this qeustion is asked during an interview "What is your salary expectations" especially if you really want to work for the company. How do you know what will be a good salary for them? What might be a good salary for you might not be good for them. What is worse is you never get a response from the people conducting the interview about your answer. What to do was it to much or how will this influence the candidates chances for an actual offer.
