Do you support women to work in the field?

Yes, do support women work in the field based on work conditions.

Depending on the working conditions, working environment and severity of hazardous area classification , women can work in field for the roles which are more appropriate for them

( YES )

for  some reasons :

1- no men in this field

2- no conditions in men

3- for women this work ( field )

I think the problem is not the knowledge a woman brings to the job field ... it is more socity that objects to a woman being on this job ....

If it is the religion or the socity/ social issue than perhaps a woman should not be there, however you debriving yourself a good worker with the knowledge you need and perhaps not get from and other canditate ...just put it in the job anouncement that the job is open for man only!

Oh wait that is discrimination ....

Yes we should support women in field works but its really hard for women to work in field. Women rarely work in the field by their own choice.

in all fields of endeavours, you will find highly competent women, driven by ambition, skill and qualifications. In the western world, there are many women who perform equally as men is many different careers.

Women have excelled in many male-dominated fields and will continue to do so.

Fundamentally, women cannot be ignored, for to do so will mean not utilizing half of the human capacity.
