The quality of management comes with the achievement of balance between knowledgeable managers, experienced ones, and a successful framework and mentality of operations set within the company at hand.

A company's performance level is an equation of many variables, namely: quality and abilities of personnel, performance of the management, availability of resources, profitability and growth levels, environmental factors etc.

The continuous evaluation of the factors mentioned above, along with their adaptability and measurement using KPIs or something of that kind should keep a company at the high end of performance.

Quality Management depends on achieving the Strategic plan and targets in addition to maximizing the return shareholders equity (ROI).

The Company Performance Level depends on the effectiveness and efficiency in using the the organization's resources, in maximizing its output

I fully agree with the experts submissions here; however it is very vital to know & understand the roles & responsibilities of each stakeholder in ensuring quality management & better performance in the entire organisation for instance directors, management, employees, shareholders, customers or clients, intermediaries or publics all have a role to play here.
