Option 1) is my answer, since I rather have a job than having to be afraid to loosing it ... and you get a better job with a company which has a good reputation
Answer A.Good reputatet company + : new experience, good place and condition for work, stability in cariere path . Good salary in bad reputated can be can mean - we pay more but we don't care about you.
if you have good experience you work in good reputed with good salary...
Good reputed company with good salary.
For me the obvious answer is 1, and that because I need stability in my career to do higher things. However consider the young graduate who is now out of university and who desperately needs a job. The chances are he/she just wast experience and therefore will be willing to try the best option that comes along,M which may very well be a not so well reputed company, but good pay, or even below par pay, depending on their circumstances. They might very well be vulnerable to even be exploited without knowing it.
Good Question..i will prefer good reputation company with negotiable salary....
Thanks for invitation -
With the choice .1 *
Start with a good reputable company with a lower salary then with the passage of time over salary
Thanks for your your invitation. It is preferable to select a good company to build up the career life for the long period and increase your professional skills and capability in order to get in the future the best job opportunities in the same organization or in the new company has a high reputation worldwide.
Thanks for the invite.
First and foremost, it is human tendency to opt for a job with good company with good salary.
Having said that, next it depends on the priority of an employee. An employee looking for a good salary package to meet his or her financial needs, will not bother about the reputation of the company. Employee should do his job sincerely irrespective of the company's reputation.
But then, there are others for whom reputation of the company is more important than the salary package. It means it is left to the individual to decide.
