Agile Project Manager is a sole role which can be played by a product owner or can designate a specific person to focus on scope, cost, people and risk management. The daily duties of a Agile PM are but not limited to Scope management - Maintaining product backlog and project life cycle in line, managing people work hours working with scrum master and technology reach. cross managing team members having different technical skills.

TO be more detailed,

1. Ensure Scrum call is scheduled as per needs and everyone is attending without failure.

2. Scrum progress is visible in scrum board.

3. Sprint is progressing as per plan from sprint planning till sprint delivery.

4. Product backlog and Sprint backlog is in order.

5. Ensuring team is following Agile Scrum methodlogy as per company policies.

6. Quality Control and Assurance are in place.

7. Project documents are set in place as per industry standards.

Ensuring the requirements in backlogs are freezed or well groomed.

Responsible of sprint deliverables on time.

Continous monitoring of sprint planning and sprint closure.

Seeking timely feedbacks from the stakeholders.

Also ad the scrum master, PM is responsible of capacity management and hence plays the role of making certain of leading and supporting the developers by making them more self organised and autonomous.

Synchronising with the Product owner and keeping the scrum in track while updating the PO.
