Thanks for your invitation. It is general question for the Bad News which are expected in the business or personal life. However, we have to consider it as a reality and try to understand the real reasons and causes behind that in order to find relevant solutions to avoid any worse impacts on our life and Business. We have to accept any negative case in the Business or Familial life as a truth which need to be changed to the positive case in the future.

Never, never, never give bad news first!
Prepare for it, because when you have bad news to convey in a professional environment, there are ways to do it correctly, and ways to make a mess of it. There are different approaches to this and different techniques, depending on (among other things) the nature of the news, the circumstances in which it is delivered, the gravity of the news, and how the news will be used.

bad news are varied widely from personal to work or loss of property or accidents or fire or economic recess --- here you have to cool down accept things as they are be strengthened if you are top or line manager and no harm show compassion and hold a meeting with your subordinates encourage them to put their efforts to overcome the event that happened but at the same time put your contributions to remedies and identify the weaknesses that led to that cartography or incident , highlight remedies and suggestions , discuss for better solutions , record and report and keep memories activated and if the loss or damage or loss of property are in human side then surely you should set accountability measures reach any one at any length whom you think he is the source of this event but be reasonale and logical not to take people by mild and unfair decisions, if the event is natural death then in the meeting you hold ask god to put mercy and forgiveness for the deceased and it is good to mention his good dead just in brief , bad news are handled by maturity and wisdom

Thanks for the invite. There are various forms of communications and I believe that regarding bad news only those should be informed who are at the senior level or involved directly in the project. We should accept bad news just like good news and try to rectify the error.

Communicate bad news in such a way that it creates minimum negative impact on the recipient. Also, you may possibly add some good proposals to overcome the situation by the recipient.
