There are challenges in communication between the path or the engineer and the worker, especially if they are beginners and the lack of communication intermediaries with experience in the field as well as language challenges between foreigners

i think the different are big 

Communications challenges can be summoned and attributed to equipment, man, or methods.

• Equipment failure, operating in a remote area and the usage of inadequate communication system are all challenges.

• Man intercommunication failures due to language, culture and education difference are also contributing factors and challenges

• Method of communications used is not effective, relying on phone calls, emails, social media are not reliable enough to convey the true picture, the best way is Genchi Genbutsu (go and see).

Communicating effectively with " biased stakeholders " was the biggest challenge I faced and then there is always cultural differences to manage.
