I am a fresh graduate who finished BBA in HR2 years ago. I have not seen any vacancies for the freshers. Please help.
It is always good to start as an HR Intern working with a knowledgeable HR Manager where you get to learn a lot about various HR functions like recruitment, training and employee relations!

So, I can only recommend that fresh graduates look for assistant positions where they can observe their boss and compare their opinion with his decisions and final results.
As a fresh graduate in HR, it is important to start as a graduate intern in the HR department to have proper induction to your career. Opportunities can be found through emplyment agencies, print and electronic media, networking and unsolicited applications. After spending sometime as a trainee, one or two years, you will be ready to join the main stream career path as an HR assistant, then Officer and so on until you reach the helm. Mostly this will be the director position. The period of progression varies from one company to another and is driven by circumstances and performance.
A fresh graduate looking for a job in HR should ideally start as a Recruitment Coordinator / Recruiter as this enables the individual to understand the first step in the HR cycle (Hire - Exit). This will also enable the individual understand the kind of business the organization is into, sell the company and role to potential candidates and hire the best talent.
Business admin positions. These are the basics. Learning to see the overview of the flow of the work.
Fresher should apply for HR or Amin officer in order to get training.
