What are the three qualities you expect from your Leader?

Thanks for your invitation. Three important qualities expected as : 

1- High capability to manage the problems & crises 

2- Simplicity and Interaction with all employees to develop the work and performance

3- Finding modern ways to implement the work and time respect

Three qualities that I expect are:

• Advice and motivating  to move forward to accomplish results
• Support to my career progression
• Caring when I need support on personal or official issues

He should have a decision-making approach and implementing them, be influential, and fully be in touch with his team members.

Communication.

Delegation with responsibility

Support

• Leadership qualities

• Decision making qualities

• Problem solving
• Conflict etc

No one starts off as an effective leader, but you can aspire to improve your skills by learning what leaders do, and how they think and feel, and then by copying them until you become one yourself.

- Optimistic and motivating

- Kind and friendly 

Take all responsibility.

Know his job well.
