Well concerning the training employees to up-date their knowledge and information for the new technology, it is critical that training department or human resources department leader should teach and train the employees how to search for the sources support the knowledge and information about the new technology and may give them some of these sources and encourage them to increase their abilities of absorption of its science . It would be highly appreciated and helpful for the organization to check from time to time the awareness of the employees for the new technology launched through conducting a workshop for this propose and to support their knowledge technically.
