In my opinion the best framework for web development in 2016 for front-end development is Angular 2 using TypeScript

It entirely depends upon the application requirements.

I have worked on several PHP frameworks like Yii , Laravel etc but i personally found Yii is one of the best frameworks I have ever used.

Go becoming more and more popular in 2016. i feel that web.go is the easiest and efficient web framework at present.

I think it is IONIC framework and MEAN stack.
